Sigi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Sigi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our website so visitors can learn about our services and contact us with fewer barriers.

We work to design and build website experiences that are more inclusive — including readable typography, keyboard-friendly navigation, and meaningful labels for interactive elements where possible.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we ship new pages and components, we continue to improve structure, contrast, and assistive-technology support.
2. Standards we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference when designing and reviewing pages. Meeting every success criterion across the entire site at all times is a continuous process, not a one-time claim.

Examples of practices we apply or are actively improving:
- Semantic headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) on key pages.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where content is conveyed visually.
- Keyboard focus styles and interactive controls that can be operated without a mouse.
- Responsive layouts so content remains usable across common screen sizes.
- Form labels and clear error/success messaging on inquiry forms.
4. Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, older content, or decorative visuals may not yet meet our target standards. Large media carousels and complex mega-menus can also present challenges on some assistive technologies.
If a part of the site is difficult to use, please tell us — we prioritize fixes that unblock real tasks such as reading service information or contacting our team.
5. Compatibility
Our site is intended to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. Experience can vary by browser, device, and assistive-tech combination. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive tools up to date.
