Guides should show where a number or standard came from. Sigi project claims are limited to work we actually delivered.

This is a practitioner publication. We are not a news wire. We still treat statistics, legal requirements, and vendor claims as things that need a source.
1. Sources we use
Primary sources are preferred: official documentation, peer-reviewed or preprint papers, regulator pages, and named Sigi case studies. Industry analyst quotes should be linked to the original release when we cite a figure.
2. Claims about Sigi
When we describe a client project, we name the product or keep it undisclosed if we cannot. We do not invent metrics, star ratings, or “preferred source” status. If we did not ship a capability, the article should say so.
3. Limits
We do not run a separate investigative fact-checking desk. Review is editorial and engineering review before publish, plus corrections after if a reader flags an error. See the corrections policy for how those are handled.
