Usman Farooq Butt is a manufacturing and operations professional with experience across FMCG, food and beverage production, engineering projects, maintenance and operational excellence. He currently works with Gourmet Pakistan in Engineering Planning & Monitoring, where his role includes production coordination across multiple beverage facilities, maintenance and engineering project decisions, industrial IoT initiatives and exposure to Greenfield project development. A UET Lahore alumnus and former Pepsi beverage-industry professional, Usman is a Certified TPM Practitioner, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Lean Management & Manufacturing Expert. His professional interests span manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, supply chain, plant performance, industrial IoT and the use of data and technology to improve operational efficiency.
