Sigi Technologies
Embed motion designers who craft UI motion and product animation that explains the interface — transitions and demos frontend can implement.
Trusted by startups and established businesses worldwide
Recognized & reviewed on
Transitions that show what changed — not ornamental loops on every tap.
Demos and explainers produced to a brief and export spec.
Easing and duration rules the next designer can reuse. No invented engagement percentages.
This role is part of Hire UI/UX Designers. Our motion designers embed into your cadence, work from Figma and After Effects, and leave specs frontend can implement.
Motion is easy to decorate and hard to ship. We focus on hierarchy, feedback, and transitions where timing and states directly affect understanding.
Related UI and implementation capacity lives on Hire UI/UX Designers and Hire Frontend Developers.

We embed motion designers who support product delivery end to end: intent, timing, states, handoff, and iteration.
Hover, press, and confirmation motion that shows what changed and what to do next.
Screen to screen motion that keeps users oriented through multi-step and role-based flows.
Loading, empty, error, and success motion so the interface does not feel frozen.
Product explainers, launch loops, and brand motion that match the shipped UI.
Duration, easing, and reuse rules so modules do not invent one-off animation.
Lottie or Rive exports, timing specs, and annotations developers can implement without guesswork.
Teams typically hire motion designers when the interface is static, transitions confuse users, or launch motion never reaches production.
Screens work, but nothing confirms action or guides attention.
Transitions do not explain hierarchy, so multi-step flows feel abrupt.
Loading, empty, and error moments look unfinished and raise support questions.
Explainers and campaign loops are out of sync with the shipped UI.
Every screen invents timing, so the product feels like a patchwork.
Frontend cannot implement motion without guesswork or rework.
How we staff motion
Client-confirmed offering. We have not published a dedicated motion-design case study. Muzziball is a motion-activated physical product with app UX we designed — that is not After Effects or UI-motion proof, so we do not cite it that way. An embed works in your After Effects/Lottie/Figma pipeline and brand rules.
If the product feels static or launch films are blocking the calendar, we embed a motion designer. We do not invent watch-time metrics. Muzziball’s “motion” is a physical sensory ball — we do not cite it as After Effects proof.
Hire UI/UX Designers covers product UX and UI. Motion designers add the timing, transitions, and feedback that make those interfaces feel finished.
Micro-interactions, flow transitions, and state feedback for web and mobile products.
Launch loops, explainers, and brand motion that stay consistent with the product UI.
Production files and timing specs frontend can implement inside the existing component set.
How we work
Motion augmentation works best when designers collaborate daily with product, UI, and frontend.
Work in Figma, After Effects, and your Jira or Linear board, and collaborate in Slack or Teams with PMs and developers.
Align to release planning and produce motion that matches your component reality and performance budget.
Support active development with timing specs, and document motion tokens so the team is not dependent on one designer.
Motion work should make hierarchy clearer, feedback obvious, and implementation predictable enough that frontend can ship it.
Users see what matters and what changed, with less hunting across the screen.
Transitions and feedback reduce hesitation in multi-step and admin flows.
Shared duration and easing rules stop one-off animation across modules.
Developers can build from specs and exports instead of interpreting a reel.
Many teams start with one motion designer and scale as launch or product needs grow. Direct collaboration with UI and frontend is expected so timing and states get resolved during implementation.

How we staff motion roles
Choose a model based on whether you need continuous product motion, a specialist for a launch, or a small delivery pod.
Best for continuous product motion work across modules.
Best for launches, redesigns, or motion system foundations.
Faster end to end outcomes: motion plus UI/UX or frontend so specs get implemented.
Both. We staff product, campaign, or mixed motion designers depending on what you need to ship.
Yes. Direct collaboration is expected so timing, states, and exports get resolved during implementation.
Yes. After Effects, Lottie, and documented timing specs are common handoff formats.
Yes. Many teams start with one designer and scale as launch or product needs grow.
No. Muzziball is a physical sensory ball; we designed the companion-app UX. We will not stretch that into an After Effects reel.
No. We staff production and UI motion. We will not invent a metric.
